Helikopter Eurocopter AS365N3 (9M-IGB)- Air Incident Investigation
On 4th April 2015, Eurocopter AS365N3 (9M-IGB) Helicopter crashed into an area near Kampung Sungai Pening, Semenyih, Selangor. A special team has been appointed under the Air Accidents Investigation Bureau headed by an Investigator In-Charge to investigate the cause of the accident from the aspects of safety and technical investigation in accordance with ICAO Annex 13 and CAR 1996.
Preliminary Report
The Preliminary Report was published on 14th May 2015. The team is currently still conducting the investigation. The black box is in the process of analysis based on all information collected in order to identify the exact cause of the accident.
