Refers to air services that is carried out on scheduled basis by airlines for the uplift passengers, cargo or mail for hire and reward.
Airlines of Malaysia would need to acquire an Air Service License (ASL) and an Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC) before they are allowed to operate scheduled air services.
