Scheduled

Air services undertaken​ on a scheduled basis by airlines to carry passengers, cargo or mail for hire or reward purposes​

Charter

Any unscheduled Air Services performed by airlines to carry passengers, cargo or mail on an unscheduled or charter basis.​

Air Services Agreement

Up till December 2014, Malaysia has had air services arrangements (Air Service Agreement (ASA) , MoU , Agreed Minutes and Records of Discussion) with 101 countries.​​

Rural Air Services

Rural Air Services are air services carried out in the interior of Sabah and Sarawak where air transport is the main mode of transportation to connect people in rural areas with other parts of the country.​
