OBJECTIVES

  • To foster a harmonious corporate relationships with the industry, mass media, industry audiences (stakeholders) and customers.
  • To regulate, monitor and manage all activities related to issues and public complaints on services delivered by the Ministry and its agencies.
  • To build positive image, advertise and promote news publicity, services and policies of the Ministry.

 

FUNCTIONS

  • Focal point in disseminiting information.
  • To plan and implement activities in building of corporate image for the Ministry/agencies.
  • To plan, coodinate and implement communication plans/promotions/publicity programs for the Ministry/agencies.
  • To plan and implement public relations programs for the Ministry/agencies.
  • To manage and build relationship with the media.
  • To plan, manage, implement and monitor all matters related to Customers.
  • To manage, monitor and coodinate complaints.
  • To monitor issues related to the Ministry/agencies in the mass media.
  • To plan, coodinate and publish publication materials for the Ministry.
