To increase IT usage in daily administrative duties and handle all ICT matters

• To identify, coordinate and implement ICT projects in the Ministry.
  
 
• To identify, coordinate and carry out Electronic Government programs at the Ministry level.
  
 
• To maintain and monitor the Ministry's ICT system and network security.
  
 
• To coordinate ICT training needs for the staff of the Ministry.
  
 
• To provide advisory services and technical support to users.
 
• To carry out assessment, procurement, maintenance and disposal of ICT equipment.
