PAYMENT FOR SUPPLIES AND SERVICES

 

All payments will be either by cheque or through Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT).
The payment process will take 14 days from the date of receipt of the fully completed invoice from suppliers/contractors.

 

Client Charter:- :-

  • All payments for supplies and services for Ministry of Transport, departments and agencies under Ministry of Transport will be processed within 14 days from the date of receipt of the fully completed invoice.

  • Those suppliers/contractors who have not received any payment within the stated 14 days can make a report directly to Secretary General of Ministry of Transport by e-mail.
